AIA works with their client and all entities involved in the transaction to obtain all information and documents necessary to secure financing.  AIA provides complete loan packaging to meet lender requirements.

Additionally, once the lender issues a Loan Commitment, AIA may assist client in completing the lender’s Closing Requirements thereby facilitating a smooth closing transaction.
